Don was called to FCC as our Senior Minister in November of 1997. In the past 15 years, we have seen our church attendance more than triple, and our ministries to the community have greatly expanded. Don is a born and bred Texan, and a Longhorn to boot... but we try not to hold that against him. (The truth is, we hold it against him all the time... but in a fun-loving way!) Don studied electrical engineering and mathematics at UT before getting his MDiv from Texas Christian University (Brite Divinity School). He and his beautiful wife, Laurie, have been married for 20 years, and are the proud parents of two incredible kids, Rachel (at Bentonville High School) and Jacob (at Washington Junior High). While Don and his family have been here a long time already, they have no designs on going anywhere else anytime soon, and love calling Northwest Arkansas home.

Peggy, who has been part of our church family for several years now, joined our church staff in the fall of 2011 in the newly created position of Ministry Coordinator. The focus of Peggy's position is to get all those who call FCC & WaterWay home involved in our various ministries, with a special focus on getting everyone involved in reaching out to the community around us and to the world. Peggy also assists Don in worship, fills the pulpit occasionally, and helps with pastoral visits. Her passion for compassion is an amazing gift, and we love having her on staff! 

Andra is the newest member of our ministry team, joining us in January 2012 as our new full-time Youth & Children's Director! Andra is from this area, having graduated from Rogers High School, and brings experience in youth ministry from her days as a part-time youth director while she was in college. She also brings experience in working with children & families from her time spent at Head Start. Andra is fluent in both Spanish and English, has a real heart for outreach and service, and loves working with teens and kids. We are thrilled to welcome her!

Mark was a member of our FCC Praise band several years ago, and he helped to lead worship at WaterWay in our early days while we met in the cafeteria of Central Park Elementary. Mark is now back as the leader of the praise band for both the FCC Praise service (8:30am) and WaterWay worship (10:00am). Mark and his beautiful wife, Christie, are expecting their first child in February. We love having their family back as part of our family!

Brandy took over as Director of our DOCK Preschool & Character Kids After-School ministries in the summer of 2009. In the short time she has been here, both of those programs have blossomed and grown exponentially, with each program serving over 100 kids each day, all year long. Brandy is always positive and energetic, and her love for children is evident to all. We are blessed to have her as part of our leadership team.

We have been fortunate to have Sharmaine as part of our ministry team for the past several years now. She not only greets visitors to the office with a smile each day, but also serves doing anything and everything around the church all week long... including some Sundays, when she helps with video in worship. Shar is a great blessing to us, and can help answer almost any question you have about FCC or WaterWay.

Linda (pictured here with her hubby, Kevin, and boys, Max & Tyler) is a long-time member of our church family, and has served as our part-time financial administrator for the past several years. She does a wonderful job with the finances, and also helps out with answering the phones and filling in for Sharmaine when needed. If you ever have questions regarding your giving or offerings, please don't hesitate to contact Linda.

Terry has been the Choir Director for our 11:00 FCC Traditional Worship service since 2006. Terry is also the Choir Director at Bentonville High School, where his choirs have garnered state and national recognition year after year. We couldn't be happier to have him with us! (And if he looks familiar, he is also pictured above... with his wife, Peggy, and their kids, Katie & John.)
